1. Update Your Apps

Before reporting a problem, please make sure that you have the latest version of our apps. If you aren't sure how to update apps, the guide below may help.

2. Restart Your Device

If you find multiple apps behaving oddly, you may need to restart your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch.

If this fixes the problem, it may have been caused by any of the apps that had previously been opened. If the problem reappears, then there is a specific problem with one of our apps. Please describe the steps needed to cause it.

3. Describing Your Problem

If your problem is visible within the app – for example, you think the coordinates for a location in a SepiaScape or SeasonScape app are wrong – please send us a screenshot. You can take a screenshot by simultaneously pressing the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons.
